Peace of Mind
Hi Brenda! Boarding Alder with you provided us such peace of mind while we were away, knowing he was in great hands and in a comfortable, safe environment. The service was above and beyond, from ensuring he had all his normal routines in place, to sending us updates and photos so we could see just how great he was doing and enjoying his time. He loved all the climbing spots and bird watching views as well!
We would absolutely have him back with you for boarding in a heartbeat.

Brenda is so gentle with animals
Took my Maine coon to Brenda's for his very first grooming session and oh my.. what a difference. He looked calm when I picked him up, his haircut and deshedding was done very well and his fur looked day and night from when I dropped him off, so soft and clean. You can tell she's gentle with animals and loves what she does!
Will definitely be taking my babies to brenda and her team again.

Senior cat more affectionate after grooming
Brenda has been grooming my very senior cat for a couple of years. My kitty has stopped being able to groom herself and Brenda and her helper were able to give her a lions cut due to pretty bad mats. My kitty has been so much more active and affectionate since. She is now grooming her fuzz & acting years younger than her age.

Amazing!
AMAZING. My fur baby had a rough start in life with a broken leg as a kitten and multiple trips to the vet. She was already a timid kitten. She wasn't really accepting a lot of grooming. Brenda and her staff had so much patience and managed to do a FULL groom in one visit and our baby Charlie was clearly NOT upset by it. We are planning scheduled grooms to keep Charlie happy and healthy and through Brenda's expertise im betting we end up with a more confident cat.

Cat Whisperer
Brenda always does an amazing job in grooming our cat Oreo. Our cat changed a lot in her attitude, she's more friendly now and looks very happy everytime we pick her up after her grooming. I believe Brenda is a cat whisperer as she calmed every cat that goes to her. Brenda is also very friendly and always give an advice for our cat's health. I will definitely recommend Brenda, she's available 7 days a week by appointment.

Brenda cares!
Brenda truly helped improve our cat Oreo's quality of life. We can see significant improvement in our cats behaviours so we know she is feeling much better, and as a bonus she looks and feels amazing now. I can not recommend Brenda's Grooming Room more I feel she truly cares about her fluffy clients.

Amazing job
Brenda did an amazing grooming job on my cat Cocoa. She is very considerate and passionate in providing care to my pet when grooming my cat. Cocoa is very comfortable in going to get groomed by Brenda as she feels safe and will be respected. My cat looks amazing is much happier that fur is less thick in time summer.

Highly Recommend
We took our choncky dude Bucky too see Brenda. He's never been to a groomer and he came back, surprise!! He's not that chonky! She found enough fur to make a new cat. Bucky came home smelling good, strutting around in his bow-tie, like he owned the place. We highly recommend Brenda. Grooming cats can't be easy and Bucky looked calm, cool and collected.

Best groomer
I have been looking everywhere for a cat groomer for a 15 year old cat. Brenda exceeded my expectations. She is hands down the best groomer ... Magic!
There seems to be a major shortage of cat groomers in the lower mainland, but we found Brenda's Grooming Room and will never go anywhere else. We go every five weeks just for nail trims for my two cats. Brenda works miracles with them & we are in and out in 5 mins. We have been to a lot of groomers & vets over the years for nail trims, but hands down Brenda is the best, she knows cats & how she handles my littlest one is nothing short of amazing. She is the squirmy-ist cat every, my fiance and I can't even hold her still.. Brenda works magic!!
